INCOME

INCOME ( INtegrative COllaborative modeling in systems MEdicine) aims to facilitate a networking community that brings models and datasets as well as their developers closer to each other. Most research projects are limited to individual pathways, models, and datasets that are rarely used again. The main reasons are that model re-use, extension, and integration remains challenging due to improper annotation, non-standard implementation, and inaccessibility of the experimental data.
