The subject of FAIRDOM is data management services for research projects. The prime mission is to support researchers, students, trainers, funders and publishers by enabling collaborative projects to make their data, documents, operating procedures and models FAIR – Findable, Accessible, Interoperable and Reusable.
In FAIRDOM we provide the open source software FAIRDOM-SEEK which is a web-accessible platform to help projects, programmes and centres to store, organise, share and publish their research data. FAIRDOMHub is a public FAIRDOM-SEEK instance managed and supported by the FAIRDOM consortium and hosted at HITS. FAIRDOMHub includes special support for the Systems Biology community.
